Courier & Delivery Information
Once your order has been made an email containing your order number will be sent to the email address supplied on the checkout page. Please use this order number for any correspondence with our support team at [email protected].
We look to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days.
Orders are shipped with delivery company Evri, Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking reference which can be tracked on the Evri Courier website:
https://www.evri.com/track-a-parcel
If you do not receive a email containing your tracking reference in 5 working days, please contact our customer service.
There will be a transit period from when the tracking number is emailed to you and before it is physically trackable on the Evri website this is normally a 3-5 day period.
Delivery Timeframe
We always strive to make our deliveries as fast as possible. Most orders should be making final delivery within 7 days on certain items it can be a maximum of 15 days, there are exceptions but this is generally the maximum amount of time you will wait for an order.
After making a purchase you should receive an email covering all your specific delivery and tracking information.
You can rest easy as your purchase is fully insured with our delivery couriers, in case there are any delivery issues and the parcel is lost, we will fully refund your purchase or re-ship at no extra cost.
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days – Monday to Saturday.
Shipping Transit time is between 5-7 days.
We charge a flat rate of £3.95 for this shipping service.
